Meet Alexis Guadarrama
Alexis is a family law and criminal defense attorney who enjoys getting the best possible results for his clients. Although he began his legal career working for corporations, he quickly realized that his place in the law was representing people dealing with life-changing legal issues. Alexis’s family law experience spans from modest estates to multi-million dollar divorces, uncontested cases to child custody disputes. He has also represented hundreds of clients facing criminal charges from traffic tickets all the way up to serious felonies. Regardless of the stakes involved, Alexis strives to give each client the same high level of service.
Alexis earned his B.A. from Stanford University and his J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center where he served as an editor for the Houston Law Review, the school’s most selective journal. During law school, he interned for a federal judge, competed nationally with the school’s Alternative Dispute Resolution team, and earned different awards for his legal research and writing. He was also a graduate of Lehman High School in Kyle, TX.
Alexis is a Hays County native living his dream of practicing law where he grew up. As the son of Mexican immigrants, Alexis takes pride in representing clients in English and Spanish and from diverse backgrounds.
