Bio

Associate Attorney Thomas Pare gained experience in the law even before he graduated from law school by participating in several of the American Association for Justice’s Student Trial Advocacy Competitions over the course of his law school tenure. In 2016, the same year that he graduated from law school, he started his own law firm, Selvera & Pare, PLLC, where he gained trial experience throughout Texas, and particularly in Hays and Williamson counties.

A Passionate Attorney Who Fights Hard For His Clients

Thomas Pare was born in Monterey, California. With both of his parents on active duty in the military, the family moved a great deal, but Thomas came to love this part of Texas when he attended junior high and high school in Belton.

Before he came to the Law Offices of David C. Hardaway, attorney Thomas Pare lived had already fell in love with San Marcos when he attended Texas State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.

He subsequently attended St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, where he earned his Juris Doctor degree, and he then practiced law for several years at Selvera & Pare in Round Rock handling a wide variety of cases and gaining vital criminal trial experience.

Since September 2019, Thomas Pare has been a full-time Associate Attorney with the Law Offices of David C. Hardaway. He is admitted to practice law in all Texas state courts, and he is a current member of the National College for DUI Defense, the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, the DUI Defense Lawyers Association.

During his free time, Thomas enjoys fishing and taking his dog for runs.
