Thomas Pare

Associate Attorney

Bio

Born in Monterey, California, Thomas Pare comes from a proud military family where both of his parents served on active duty. Frequent moves were part of his early life until his family eventually settled in Belton, Texas, where he attended middle and high school. He went on to earn his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Texas State University in 2013, laying the groundwork for his analytical and client-focused approach to legal practice.

Thomas earned his Juris Doctor Degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas in 2016, but his passion for trial work began well before graduation. As a law student, he actively participated in multiple Student Trial Advocacy Competitions hosted by the American Association for Justice, sharpening the courtroom skills that would become the foundation of his practice.

Following law school, Thomas immediately immersed himself in criminal defense, handling a wide range of cases and building a reputation for meticulous preparation and fearless advocacy. His early experiences in the courtroom solidified his belief that every individual deserves a tenacious and ethical defense, no matter the circumstances.

In 2019, he brought his skills and dedication to The Law Offices of David C. Hardaway, where he continues to fight for the rights of individuals facing criminal charges. Outside of the courtroom, Thomas works side by side with his wife, who joined The Law Offices of David C. Hardaway as a paralegal in 2024. Their shared passion for justice and commitment to client care help define the firm’s team-oriented, compassionate culture.

Thomas Pare believes deeply in the importance of giving every client a strong, principled defense. Whether advocating in court or negotiating behind the scenes, he brings integrity, diligence, and heart to every case.
